Items in new and unused or unwashed condition are eligible for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to request a return or exchange for any item in your order, please reach out to shop@rainierbeer.com and provide your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and the desired replacement, if applicable.

Once your return has been received, we can proceed with issuing a refund or with sending out the requested item for exchange.
